REFUND POLICY

According to European Union regulations, customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, provided the products are undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. This means that returns are only accepted if the items have not been unsealed and remain in their original condition.

If the product has been unsealed but remains unused and does not meet your expectations, although it is in good condition, please also reach out to our customer service team. We will do our best to find a suitable solution for you.
